A beautiful crocheted angel shell gown was once featured on this page but I have regretfully removed it at the request of the talented designer who generously gave me permission, several years ago, to reprint this original design.
It seems too many people were copying Barb's fine work without seeking her permission.
Eventually, Barb couldn't handle this unfairness any more - so she pulled down her website and removed all copies of her crochet, knitting and sewing patterns from the web.
This is a great loss, especially to those people who come desperately searching the net for preemie or newborn burial outfit patterns. Barbara had designed these as well, and offered them freely to help those in need and those coping with a grievous loss.
Now the internet crafting community has lost a caring member who frequently donated her creations for the wee babies fighting for life in her local hospital.
I'm going to dedicate this page to Barb, and eventually fill it with links to crochet patterns for baby layettes, christening gowns, hats and booties - but also with links to baby burial outfits and angel gowns as well.
I hope this will help those who are looking for a baby pattern to find exactly what they need.
